Ephedrine HCL is a sympathomimetic drug derived from plant Ephedra Sinica (ma-huang).

The standard dose for body fat reduction is approximately 16 - 24 mg (2-3 tablets of 8mg) 2 - 3 times a day.
Take in the morning, midday and mid afternoon or before exercise. The first 2 doses are usually enough for most individuals.

Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing or at risk of being treated for high blood pressure, heart disease, renal disease, hyperthyroidism, spasms, psychiatric disease, suffer from migraines, are allergic to tyramine or chocolate, have asthma or are taking asthma medication. Ephedrine should not be used by anyone with any health conditions.
The patients of thyroid disease, blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or facing any problems of urination due to prostate gland enlargement should not take the drug unless advised by the physician. The side effects are: sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, nausea or appetite loss are also reported in some cases.
